Proceedings

The proceedings from the symposia held until 2011 have been published as supplements to Nutrition Reviews. These publications cover papers by the invited speakers as well as the discussion session. From 2013 the proceedings are separated into two papers, a review paper which is published in Journal of Internal Medicine and a summary paper of the lectures and discussions written by Philip James.
